Since the start of the premier league there have been 5 world cups '94, '98, '02, '06 & '10

So i wondered which premiership team (past or present) has had the most players who have played in a world cup final to play for them

1994 : Brazil
Branco - Middlesbrough

1998 : France
Fabien Barthez - Man Utd
Marcel Desailly - Chelsea
Franck Lebœuf - Chelsea
Didier Deschamps - Chelsea
Emmanuel Petit - Arsenal & Chelsea
Christian Karembeu - Middlesbrough
Youri Djorkaeff - Bolton & Blackburn
Stéphane Guivarc'h - Newcastle Utd
Patrick Vieira - Arsenal & Man City
Christophe Dugarry - Birmingham City

2002 : Brazil
Roque Junior - Leeds Utd
Gilberto - Arsenal
Kléberson - Man Utd
Juninho - Middlesbrough

2006 : Italy
Marco Materazzi - Everton

2010 : Spain
Gerard Piqué - Man Utd
Xabi Alonso - Liverpool
Fernando Torres - Liverpool
Cesc Fabregas - Arsenal

Arsenal 4
Chelsea 4
Middlesbrough 3
Man Utd 3
Liverpool 2
Bolton Wanderers 1
Blackburn Rovers 1
Newcastle Utd 1
Man City 1
Birmingham City 1
Leeds Utd 1
Everton 1

So we are the best as although we share 4 players with the chavs we have had 1 scorer (petit 98) and 2 assists (vieira 98 & cesc 10)
