Seems the story has quite a few 'facts' from the above links
Its from a Qatar & United Arab Emirates investment group
Its a cash deal
They have been in talks for the last 4 months
They are offering £20,000 per share (There are 62,217 shares worth roughtly £16,250 each, Stan has 66% & Usmanov has 29%)
Stan would get £830million which is a £350m profit
They plan to clear the clubs £250m debts
The previous biggest club sale was when the Glazers paid £800million for Manc Utd
There would be a pledge to reduce ticket prices at Cashburton
There would be a substantial transfer fund kitty to transform the club into a major force in European (Again?)
Similar deals have been done with Manchester City, Paris St-Germain and to a lesser degree Malaga
